- Secured and identified real estate tax savings for a non-profit client, including a $23,000 refund on one project and over $30,000 annually on another.
- Identified numerous ways for clients to save money or maximize their return through value engineering, tax waivers or reductions, and identifying and eliminating redundancies.
- As Owner’s Representative for a $5 million historic renovation, satisfied funding source reporting requirements by developing an Excel-based system to show:
- current and proposed budget amounts;
- amount spent on each line item by funding source;
- proposed budget items by funding source and remaining funds by line item and funding source.
- Performed assemblage and coordinated related-party transactions and legal work for a small but complicated subdivision that involved:
- 7 different parcels;
- 8 different conveyances;
- federal government approval of various transactions; and
- expiring entitlements.
- Coordinated withdrawal of equity investor/limited partner and change in General Partners for an LIHTC project.
