Community Consultants and its Principal were instrumental in the founding of the not-for-profit organization, Chesapeake Community Development Corporation. This organization seeks to improve communities by making affordable housing, community facilities, and services available where they are needed. The organization is working to address substandard living conditions in Nanjemoy, MD and workforce housing in Charles County, MD. www.chesapeakecdc.org Mrs. Jones is also the organizer and chair of the Nanjemoy Area Housing Sub-committee, a sub-committee of the Charles County Homeless and Emergency Shelter Committee.
